Helping hospitals reach every patient at every step.

Cura42 by Siam Computing gives hospitals the apps patients book and return to, the AI agents that check in after discharge, and one record of each patient’s history.

The recovery that started Cura42.

My grandfather, Yakub, was one of the most active people I knew. He would walk the markets for hours, he loved having people over, and he believed that moving was how you lived. So when his knees finally gave out and he had them replaced, we were relieved that the surgery went well.

The weeks at home were harder. His physiotherapy faded, the counselling he needed never quite happened, and there was no one to notice whether he was moving or slowly withdrawing. The small signs went unseen until they became permanent, and the man who walked markets for hours lost the use of both legs.

When I began working in healthcare, I kept seeing families like ours: chronic patients managing their condition on their own from one appointment to the next, cardiac patients recovering at home with no easy way to ask a question, and older patients holding instructions from several doctors and trying to fit them together.

It was never a lack of intent. His doctors, his hospital and all of us wanted the best for him. What was missing was a way to stay with him once he went home.

Cura42 was born from that gap, so that the next family has someone with them after the surgery goes well.

Khuze Siam, Founder and CEO

To be there for patients at home, we drew on everything our team had already built. Cura42 comes from the team behind Siam Computing, a product studio in Chennai that has built software since 2012 and healthcare software for the past four years, from patient apps and digital front doors to health records for hospitals and health bodies.

Today, that work is available as three services.

Hospitals and health bodies run on what this team has built. At Kauvery Hospital alone, 20K+ patients are active in the app every month.

The same team built each of these: engineers, designers and product leads who have shipped for hospitals and health bodies, and who stay with each hospital long after go-live.
